Beach Front Property For Sale - Melbou Bejaia Algeria

We have a house at the beach in a quiet, private community at the Les Falaises in Melbou, Bejaia, Algeria. It is quite beautiful. The beach is rocky. So the water is very clear and sand free. Lots of wildlife such as crabs and pretty colored fish. There is also a small port for boats. Well, there is a house with a nice lot for sale in our little beach community. Here are pics. The house hiding behind the tallest tree in the photo. From the beach view.

Google Earth just updated thier European views. That is great news for Algeria. Now we have street level views of Setif. Which I’ve been long awaiting.

Consumer Gas Prices in Algeria

I thought it would be interesting to share with you the gas prices here in Algeria. It is so cheap comparitive to the US right now. It may just be reason enough to move here(just kidding;)).

Per Liter the pricing is as follows:

Super 23 DZD(.318 USD, .248 EURO)
Normal 21.20 DZD(.293 USD, .229 EURO)
GasOil(Deisel) 13.70 DZD(.189 USD, .148 EURO)
