I have seen a few around town cheep quality and can be spotted easily but sold cheeply. helo

They are mostly produced in Eastern Europe, and possibly by the Russian mafia. They are designed to hold other things inside, for example, a gun which can actually fire (I saw a movie demonstration of this). That's why people are often asked to turn on electronic devices, because if they turn on, then they ARE real.
