Harmony In Setif, Algeria

I recently added a comment to a discussion over at expatexchange.com. The original poster was asking for information about living in Algeria. One of the questions was about the cost of apartments/places to live. And one answered 120000 DZD. I can’t imagine any Algerian paying that kind of cash for a 2/3 bedroom apartment. Rrgh!
