Harmony In Setif, Algeria

I am working on compiling a list resources such as schools and sponsors who can help Algerian University students study and work abroad. As you may know they are generally limited because of lack of funds and/or sponsorship/contacts abroad. If you know of any programs or schools who have programs designed to assist them in thier cause, can you let me know? Or if any of you are interested in personally sponsoring a student?
